I got my nails done last week for my birthday. I got them done at this salon next to Panda Express.
The lady fuckin tore off my cuticles painfully. My fingers were so red. I wanted to say something, but I was afraid she'd talk shit about me in her language to the other workers. Lol.
In the end, she did a poor job. & I had to pay 17 dollars. What a rip off! Cause it's been one week and my nails are so chipped! Just a little color is left on my nails. That never happened before. It would take at least a month til it starts to chip.
That's why I like Millenium Nails in Elk Grove. Thee best ever.
